Software Developer / Manager
About Me
I love programming, for ten years it was the focus of my career because there was no better rush than taking someone's ideas and making them an actual working product. I also loved deconstructing things, and had a lot of success reverse engineering products. I was, and still am, highly adaptable, a quick learner who needs little to no training to pick up things. I never hesitated to take on new challenges, so when I was presented with the chance to manage others, to pass on my knowledge and come up with my own ideas I was nervous, but I dove in. Ever since, I've found I contribute much more to teams by teaching, leading, and finding the potential in every person I work with. I'm a happier person when I talk to others as opposed to being locked to a keyboard 8 hours a day, and that's increased my creativity and my drive. So now I look for jobs where I do less direct coding and much more dealing with people. If that's the kind of person you need, you will not regret hiring me.
